Japanese 101 and 102 Needs Analysis

In the beginning of every semester, I like to do an informal survey to collect data about my students language background, study habits, and interest in learning the language itself. After collecting the data online and analyzing it, I use it to fine-tune the class for my particular students. Below are examples of my needs analyses from my Fall '15 Japanese 101 class, and my Spring '16 Japanese 102 class (will be accessible soon).
